The DTVS plant is equipped with equipment for the full-cycle development and production of in-house tooling and fixtures, ensuring flexibility, uniqueness, and rapid production setup.
- KAIBO CNC DC-6060G specialized CNC milling machine: Enables high-precision manufacturing of complex tooling from composite materials (Durostone, fiberglass laminate). DTVS engineers design and produce soldering pallets, fixtures, and other specialized tooling tailored to specific production requirements.
- Picaso Designer XL Pro 3D printer: Used for rapid prototyping and production of specialized tools, auxiliary fixtures, and custom devices. This significantly accelerates the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions.
DTVS specialists have the expertise to replace and restore complex BGA components (chipsets, processors, sockets) while ensuring no thermal or mechanical damage.
- BGA mounting and removal stations with programmable thermal control and precise airflow regulation ensure safe, high-quality installation of expensive components on PCBs and their careful removal when required.
- Professional BGA reballing stations with programmable heating profiles and airflow control allow high-precision restoration of components with up to 10,000 solder balls, ensuring reliable results when repairing server sockets, chipsets, and laptop GPU and CPU chips.
Solutions aimed at cost optimization and reducing environmental impact are regularly implemented at DTVS.
- The ETA DRM-10 sludge recycling system recovers up to 60% of purified solder from production waste, returning it to the manufacturing cycle. This modern solution significantly reduces material costs while making the production process more environmentally friendly and cost-efficient.
