Final assembly and product testing
DTVS operates six specialized conveyor assembly lines for manufacturing electronic devices of any complexity. The plant’s infrastructure enables efficient, cost-effective production of large volumes, as well as the organization of small-batch manufacturing according to individual customer specifications.
The total capacity of the lines reaches up to 50,000 finished units per day.
A comprehensive inspection system at the assembly stage ensures the reliability of every product unit.
- Flexible testing schemes: Both sequential testing (used in the production of TVs and smartphones) and station-based testing (used in the production of PC, laptop, and server motherboards) are supported.
- Advanced testing equipment: The production facility is equipped with systems for vibration and temperature testing, allowing products to be tested under conditions simulating real-world operation and transportation.
- Random quality inspection: A dedicated random inspection department operates with modern magnification equipment, measuring instruments, and test benches for in-depth verification of manufactured products.
A traceability system for the product lifecycle, developed and implemented by the company’s specialists, ensures control over all assembly operations and product quality. The system continuously monitors the assembly process and automatically collects and stores testing logs for each individual product unit.
DTVS has the capabilities to organize a full-cycle packaging process for finished products according to customer requirements — from bag manufacturing to final carton strapping. Modern equipment ensures a presentable product appearance and maximum protection during transportation:
- Material preparation: An automatic roll material cutting system performs fast and precise cutting of packaging materials into blanks of the required size.
- Bag production: The OB-BC600 system for heat sealing and cold cutting supports various formats and produces up to 60 bags per minute.
- Sealing and shrink wrapping: The OB-SCR650 automatic bag sealing and cutting system, сombined with the OB-HS6040 shrink tunnel, provides airtight sealing, precise cold cutting, and uniform shrink wrapping of branded boxes.
- Final strapping: StraPack i-10 semi-automatic strapping machines are used for fast and reliable carton box strapping with PP tape, providing additional strength and cargo protection during transportation.
