Public company NPO “DTVS”, a factory of Technopolis GS innovation cluster, has taken the first place at the “Russian organization of high social efficiency” contest. The regional competition was held in Kaliningrad. “Digital Television Systems” won the first prize in the nomination titled “For the reduction of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the production sector organizations”. The winners will be invited for the official awarding ceremony at the government of the Kaliningrad region. GS Nanotech, also a plant within Technopolis GS, that was nominated in the same category, took the fourth place.

Russia’s major high-technology developer and manufacturer has announced entering foreign markets upon creation of international GS Group holding. The company’s top-management announced the news at a press conference held on Monday, May 13 in Moscow. Journalists of the leading Russian federal media along with well-known industry news resources attended the event organized in the RIA Novosti press centre.

Alexey Ivanov, CEO of the public company “NPO “Digital Television Systems” took part in an industry conference titled “Organizing efficient electronic appliances production” in Moscow. In his report he told the participants about high-tech electronic production within the innovation cluster Technopolis GS.

A seminar devoted to the problem of renovation of the Gusev region creative environment has been held in the town of Gusev. Organized by the innovation cluster Technopolis GS located in Kaliningrad region, the event featured a discussion of what can and should be done to increase cooperation between the local creative circles and Technopolis GS.
